Our goal is to bring a unique experience to the urban home buyer. A custom design process allows our buyers to purchase a home that fits their personal preference while minimizing the stress and time commitment. Buyers provide their input and our team of experts do the work. We will collaborate with you to design the home of your dreams.
Our unique process doesn’t stop there. Restoring and rebuilding old homes that have fallen into disrepair can be a difficult process. Many contractors turning over such properties cut corners that ultimately come back to cost the home owner. We assure high quality products in all aspects of our renovations including what is often unseen by prospective buyers and their inspectors.
We provide this assurance by complete transparency into the products we use beneath the surface, and we commit to a 12 month follow up service to manage the inevitable issues that arise with large renovation projects.
We are a Pennsylvania-based company focused on the redevelopment of residential property in the greater Pittsburgh area. We specialize on large scale property rehabilitations and offer a unique custom design experience to all of our home buyers.
PRG works exclusively with one general contractor, ensuring a consistent finished product every time. Additionally, we have a team of experienced professionals across all areas of expertise which allows us to take on even the most complex redevelopment projects.
